What our labels mean, what studios supply, and what to check before hiring.

How studios get listed

Studio submissions are reviewed by an admin before publication. A public listing means it has been accepted into the directory; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of project quality.

Ownership ("claimed")

A claim connects a studio account with an existing listing through a matching domain email, a verification link sent to a company mailbox, or manual review. Ownership cannot be bought.

An unclaimed profile has no verified owner managing it yet. Account access to a draft does not prove authority over the studio. Ownership checks do not assess the quality of the studio’s work.

The Verified mark

The Verified mark is assigned during review by our team. It is never for sale and is independent of any paid plan.

The current mark does not provide a public evidence report or a recorded check date. It should not be read as an independent audit of client identities, project results, accessibility, security, or financial standing.

Work and testimonials

Portfolio descriptions, project results, budgets, and testimonials are supplied by studios. Publication approval does not independently confirm every claim. Testimonials are labeled as studio-submitted on profiles.

A location describes the information supplied for the studio. It does not establish every country the studio serves. Missing commercial details are shown as not provided or on request.

A checklist before you hire

Open the live work, ask what the studio contributed, and discuss projects similar to yours. Confirm who will do the work, the scope, price, timeline, and ongoing support directly with the studio.

Ask for references when they matter to your decision. A directory label does not replace your own project assessment or agreement with the studio.

Profile changes

When an owner changes key fields of a listing, like its name or website, the listing is re-reviewed.

Reports

Every profile has a report flow. Reports go to our moderation queue and can lead to correction or removal — including of paying studios.

Spotted something wrong? Every studio profile has a report link ? use it to send us a correction.
