Terms of Service

WebStudios.net is a directory that helps clients discover and contact web studios. We are not a party to any agreement between clients and studios: we hold no funds, take no commission, and provide no escrow. All work, contracts, and payments happen directly between you and the studio.

Listing a studio is free. Studios may pay for visibility (Pro, Featured, or Sponsored placement). Every paid placement is clearly labeled — ranking positions are never sold unlabeled.

Studio profiles must be accurate. We may reject, edit, or remove listings that are misleading, infringing, or abusive, and re-review profiles after significant changes.

Do not submit spam briefs, scrape the directory, misrepresent ownership of a studio, or attempt to bypass rate limits and verification. We may suspend access for abuse.

The directory is provided "as is". We verify studios in good faith but make no guarantee about the outcome of any engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
